We have discussed the Mental Body going through a purge of dated beliefs and programs to make way for a new identity. There is a fear in the risk of what that means to the current identity. As mentioned in part 3, the outer world energies pushing up against the internal world energies, are pressurising our current beliefs and programs to purge in order to be re-templated with a new consciousness of existence to reshape and reform ourselves individually and then as a whole for humanity. The Mental Body Madness is magnifying the internal battle within ourselves as we try and negotiate around the parameters of what we are willing to let go of or remain attached to.
This is a desire to remain at a particular consciousness level that your beliefs and programming hold and keep you in. So remember the Mental Body wants order, control and needs met. Pushing it and squeezing it to a new level of consciousness is painful for it. It is experiencing large amounts of dissonance, sensory overload, overdrive and instant detonation. It doesn’t want to let go of its already residing consciousness that it has become comfortable in even if there is discomfort in it. It knows what it knows already on this level. Its knows its capacity of pain, annoyance, fear, loss expectation, pleasure, capacity, connection, love, spirituality, health etc. Raise it to a new level and then what?
The crossing over of Consiousness
The issue is that we are all at very different consciousness levels experiencing the same global scenario. As the Mental Body Madness occurs, it is decoding and sorting itself into where it wants to sit in its new level of consciousness. This is referred to as being "The crossing over of consciousness". You will notice mentioned in Part 2, a new form of isolation such as "consciousness isolation" come into place. This is due to consciousness expanding and shaping differently from those of common connections we would normally have around us. So we feel we may connect on particular levels with those whom we would be close with normally, but perhaps have felt a distancing in other areas where we would normally connect with them on.
This can be a very challenging time for those whom have not had any shaping within their Mental Body to be provided with an internal anchor as to how to make sense of the Mental Body Madness in a higher viewed informal way, because it can become stuck in the "thought forming" cycle of fear, anxiety, panic, depression, isolation, loneliness, grief, loss, anger, injustice and so on.
Risking the known for the unknown ~ Bring back imagination
All life choices come with an element of risk. Most of the challenge and turmoil experienced with MBM is also associated with our own personal risk level and the risk involved for the future of humanity as a whole. We want the world to evolve and change on a global scale but at what cost? We are continuously asking how is this going to affect our current own personal circumstances? Again our Mental Body "needs" outcomes.
The way forward in anchoring yourself in the Mental Body Madness process, is to find ways to access the creative imagination faculty. It is about bringing oneself out of the head and back into the feeling of heart space again. This then assists in creating a broader higher consciousness that has you become connected as to what life is really about for you, from now, in the now. What areas of life do you need to clean up? How do you want to shape and form your existence from now? What is in your immediate power that you are able to utilise around you to map a pathway forward for yourself.
Evolution is here and we either rise with it or become swept away.

Part 3 ~ Mental Body Madness: Decoding the dominating thoughts and finding the pattern ~ Rise of New Identity
As mentioned in part 2, we have a very small concept of what meditation is. The natural consciousness within an individual is equipped to do this, however, we have lost access to utilising it as part of the psyche and recognise it only as "day dreaming". So "day dreaming" is a partial meditative state of natural occurrence. Its not a religion, is not a spiritual belief or practice, it is part of our consciousness state that is overlooked and misguided. Learning to observe and notice when the Mental Body is in overdrive is part of the self awareness process of decoding and breaking down the continuations of the running dominating thoughts. Even just closing the eyes for 5 minutes will shift brain waves into an alpha state (where relaxation begins) whilst focusing on breathing.
The exposure and bombardment of external stimuli from world events, over a very small concentrated period of time is forcing the Mental Body to drop old programs that it has used to exist in order to re template or re pattern itself with a new framework to mature and expand from its very primitive role. It is decoding the most dominating programs and beliefs we are holding. It is a process that is needed for us to evolve as a species from a grabby child into a more meditative, cleaner thinking individual.
During this time as we all privately and outwardly process the global change that Covid has created, the Mental Body, having to deal with the 3 world layers mentioned in Part 2, can not exist in the same way it has done so in the past. The main function of the Mental Body is to interpret the stimuli from the external world and the emotional and spiritual bodies to convert it into thought, language or action for the linear problem solving mind.
Structures of our society are now being remolded, and it is happening at this point in time on the planet because it needs to. Our thinking needs to change in order for the world to change as a whole. If you consider the ruins of old buildings over time, the integrity of their structure begins to decay and crumble if the foundations have not been set correctly. We as a collective, see any form of break down as a negative at first, associating it with fear and loss, becoming hijacked in the experience of it, rather than the uncovering of what the breaking down is revealing.
Decoding the dominating thoughts~ Mental Body Purge
You will find the dominating thoughts will be a heightened level of anticipatory grief and anxiety, questioning our concept of existence and reality, wondering what will become of our future self, how the world systems will operate again, how we will function and co-exist and what our standard of living will be.
We have been living a very particular lifestyle that we've become accustom to and now we are being confronted as to reflect on our output as an identity, the construct of our life emotionally and environmentally, along with the economic structures of our lifestyle. So what ever is breaking down in the external world, it will be filtering down into your personal and internal world to also magnify in yourself the similar issue that needs to be broken down, reshaped and reformed. This is part of the evolutionary process of consciousness as the MBM is purging old out dated programming. This is what the Mental Body is now attempting to decode and decipher, so as to re template and reestablish its new identity.
The rise of a new identity
The biggest issue is the rigidity and programming of the Mental Body resisting the process. When "core belief anchors" are restructuring, it can be related to the experience of taking a toy away from a small child. They scream and react like they are experiencing a genuine pain because they were attaching and identifying with that object. The Mental Body Madness is the "pain experience' of our Mental Body being pressurised to transform itself to enable a fluidity into a new consciousness level that you are personally being challenged to progress into.
This is also a time where deep core wounds or core issues that have been unresolved or suppressed, are bubbling up due to being heavily triggered, so as to reveal themselves in order to be dealt with, to assist in the expansion and reshaping of a newer version of self.

Part 2 ~Mental Body Madness: Meditation, Meditation, Meditation or Medication? ~ Why we seek the external right now instead of the internal ~ Escaping the mental body madness
So to rehash on Part 1: Mental Body Madness: The rise of Anger and why.
At the moment because of the sustained flow of events and the magnification of world experiences along with our own personal world experiences and then our own internal world experiences, these 3 layers have now been magnified and therefore so has our Mental Body in order to find order in the disorder.
I refer to these as layers in the way they present:
As mentioned the Mental Body can be likened to a needy grabby child. If you can imagine (and some of you do not need to as you have children), having to grasp and hold onto that child at every given moment from touching and grabbing at everything in sight. Pulling it back, pulling it back continuously. It becomes exhausting and you need to find new ways of doing it or repeating your ways over and over. So now the Mental Body has these 3 world layers to deal with simultaneously where as in the past, dealing with these layers may have been staggered or at intervals, but not all at the same time for the same extended time of duration. This is what makes this so unique and unusual for the Mental Body and why it has this snatch and grab, control in order to try and anchor itself to something tangible.
The rise of AVOIDANCE as a coping mechanism
Unfortunately most of us feel we do not have the time nor the capacity to sit and explore our own internal functioning, so we turn to something that will provide us with a tangible solution.
When I refer to Medication, I refer to the things we turn to to self medicate or self sooth. We naturally want to avoid uncomfortable experiences so we often turn to external solutions that provide a way of shutting off or putting a veil on all of the 3 world layers. Medication isn't just something we put into our body, it can be a particular behavior. People often turn to substances or prescription medication in order to either have a calming affect or a desensitization and escapism effect and this is all sought out with the intention for a person to be able to cope and function in a orderly manner.
The problem though is that the 3 layers still exist and it may buy some reprieve time in between the Mental Body Madness, and pulling it back, however, you are still faced with your beliefs, your ideals, you world views, being altered, challenged, confronted along with the dissonance experience. So again this is what makes it so challenging for so many people right now to know how to understand their internal experience and also where to turn for help, or more so, effective help.
At this stage having to look after and cope with ones own Mental Body and engage with another's Mental Body is very challenging no matter whether you are at work, out in the world or dealing with those whom are in your immediate circle of relating. Those whom will be challenged the most with their Mental Body and the reforming of their Mental Body will be those whom are in the most resistance of adaptation and evolution. This is because they are being pressured into dropping old concepts of values, self, reality, humanity, world views, spirituality, and so on, and encouraged to find new ways of reforming to shape their standard of living and relating.
Many are finding themselves being truly isolated with their own Mental Body, facing core issues that are rising and surfacing that need to be dealt with also. So we are now faced with a new form of isolation which I will call "Consciousness Isolation". This is due to those whom we have known for some time, family members, communities we belong to, close friends are all being affected differently and so you may notice that your perceptions and views may start to differ from others. You may feel pulled towards material, content, solutions, concepts that those may not be right now, or experiencing connecting with others more in a way that you haven’t before.
So again to maintain a certain level of Homeostasis, whilst dealing with a Mental Body in overdrive, we are attempting to avoid “Instant Detonation” (remember the sunburn skin analogy) and so we are going to avoid anything or anyone that will add to any more dissonance than what we are already experiencing and yet also at the same time wanting to get away from the prickly mental body energies of another we are engaging with and connecting with. So where does that leave us?
No...not the "M" word?
Unfortunately Meditation gets coined as New Age Practices or related to certain Spiritual beliefs or practices associated with particular imagery and persona. It is simply not the case and creates limitations for those to have to fit into a particular genre in order to do the practice. There are so many different elements to meditation and I have been exposed to many in my years. The type of Meditation I am referring to is basic natural occurrence that we actually go into in our everyday being states. It is a from of reflective contemplation and has the ability to bring ones self inwards and learn to bring awareness to internal consciousness, slowing down the Mental Body processing to listen and observe what is going on and decode the dominating thoughts.

So the external world has undergone a great change. This has impacted every single person’s internal world on this planet. You are perhaps tired of hearing about it, tired of hearing the phrases “stay safe”, “lock-down”, “social distancing”, “Covid”, “we are all in this together”, “the great awakening has begun”, and so on and on and on….
It is almost as if there has been a launch of a new global brand yet we never subscribed to it?
Many things are being revealed about the world that is almost surreal to grasp. It seems almost every day, every week there is a “cause” to back, and at times some of these causes may even contradict each other.
We are being faced with mass issues that are surfacing worldwide that most will not want to open their eyes to.
We are being shown content through mainstream media, to then have our views be challenged by alternative platforms of social media and other forms of reporting that conflicts each other.
We are more bombarded than ever before around having to be aware of an invisible threat that we are forced to accept no matter what we question or what our views, beliefs or opinions may be around it and as much as we are aware of it, it also feels to be completely separate to the reality you perceive yourself to be in.
We have had our own personal value system become challenged by some of our civil liberties being suspended, stopped from seeing people we would normally see in social settings, reprimanded for things we would normally have done without thinking twice about, have had our wings clipped from interstate and international travel and faced with a whole new strategy around what we perceive as a health risk.
It’s almost exhausting to read about it isn’t it. There is so much more I could add to the above. You are just waiting for the whole thing to settle so it can be over….right?
It is not about things going back to a normal. It is and always will be about evolution whether we like it or not, whether you believe it or not, whether you dislike the word evolution or not, nothing...I repeat...nothing ever remains the same.
100 years ago, if we were told there would be mobile phones that are like computers and internet that connects us to each other all over the world, most would have claimed it as being against religious and spiritual beliefs, completely opposed to it and the notion of what it would mean. It would have been considered “ Witch Burning Information” of its time. Yet, no matter where or what your beliefs or opinion are, the majority of the world has slowly been adapted, guided and maneuvered into being dependent and reliant on technology along with the duality of its love/hate existence within our lives.
But enough with all of that right?
You will notice that your attention span for certain things is also becoming “altered” which again is a result of the Mental Body. You may want to keep reading this but perhaps are being pulled elsewhere also, and it is the constant diversion that is also creating the Mental Body Madness.
Why the Mental Body is in OVERDRIVE
The way to describe the mental body is like a grabby child. It’s driven by control, need and a sense of order. You need answers, you need to get to this place on time, you need to buy this or that in order to make this happen. The control comes in then when things get in the way of the needs and order so when it is in this cyclic state of “need and control” it goes into overdrive.
When the mental body is in over drive the energetic output is like a very large speaker that has been turned up to full volume. It is blaring loud so loud that you can almost feel it vibrating through you like little prickles. It becomes very irritating to be around and communicate with over long periods of time.
At the moment because of the sustained flow of events and the magnification of world experiences along with our own personal world experiences and then our own internal world experiences, these 3 layers have now been magnified and therefore so has our mental body in order to find order in the disorder.
And so now it is in the space of what I call “Instant detonation” where if you have your own metal body that is in this overdrive space, then you interact with another person’s mental body in this overdrive space, you are both feeling this booming loud speaker of energy, and due to the sensitivity of the Mental Body at this stage, it can be likened to having really bad sunburn, and someone very lightly touching the surface of the skin, it just hurts and you react from the physical pain straight away.
he skin has become so overly cooked overly sensitive to the slightest sensation. Relate this back to the energy of the Mental Body and yourself and how your capacity for certain dialogues, content or conversations is not as connecting as what it perhaps has been. The capacity for the level of engagement has changed because a level of dissonance has set in.
The rise of ANGER
Beliefs systems have been challenged all over the place. We like to control through beliefs also. Beliefs, ideals, opinions are all part of the Mental Body. There is a level of cognitive dissonance that is taking place within one’s self of the “ global world belief order” and within our own “personal world order” the one we have going on around us in day to day living.
The hard part is not having any understanding to anchor yourself to this change and what it means as a whole and for you personally. At the moment, the dominating aspect of you and others is the Mental Body. As mentioned in yesterday’s intro email, It is within the Mental Body that we hold our conscious everyday thoughts, many of our beliefs, ideals and opinions. This is referred to being lower mind or lower Mental Body activity as its association is with "Identity and the linear mind functioning".
We believe that this is what makes us who we are, our opinions and beliefs. Most of your construct of “you” and how you live your life is based on your beliefs about who you are, about what your life is about, the world, relationships and your attempt to influence those things with your opinions and ideals. Whenever these things become challenged or you are forced to unpack or break them down, or have to reform or adjust or adapt any of these things, it is taken as a complete threat to your homeostasis as an individual and your stability becomes threatened. It is the rigidity level within the Mental Body that often gets in the way of adaptation.
So if I was to say to you that your concept of yourself, your rights, your views, your religious and spiritual beliefs, your values, all exist within a construct of your perception of reality, where does that leave you? Part of our coping mechanism is to push back or avoid, which are part of control mechanisms. Anger is a form of power. When we feel powerless we often react with a level of anger. So now we have a Mental Body on Overdrive coupled with the anger and you have Mental Body Madness where it is like a hamster in a wheel running non-stop at a fast pace.

The mental body is considered to be a subtle body of energy that makes up part of the human energy field, which also adds to the form of our consciousness. When it is over functioning, its output becomes misguided and untamed. It is within the mental body that we hold our conscious everyday thoughts, many of our beliefs, ideals and opinions. This is referred to being lower mind or lower mental body activity as its association is with "Identity and the linear mind functioning". Higher mind or higher mental body is to do with thoughts that are much more elevated and when used correctly are an ally to creation. I will be covering the "Identity mental body" that consists of the linear mind functioning and how to prevent yourself from being hijacked by MBM during this time of great change.
